My sister and I recorded this very show that night. We cut out the commercials and made our own casual cut--on our VCR. This aired when we were sixteen! She played a lot of these songs later that year as a college radio DJ. Good memories! From Husker Du to Huxton Creepers! Thanks for uploading this!

Best band of the 1960's??? The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Cream, etc,,,, The best band of the 1970's, Blue Oyster Cult, Aerosmith, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, many others,,,The best band of the 1980's, Queen, Guns n Roses, Scorpions, Def Leppard, and so many others can be debated. The best band of the 1990's? hmmm.... Nirvana, Metallica Pearl Jam, Black Crowes, The Cult, so many left out of these decades here. Debate debate and we can all debate here. I believe that the Best band of the 1990's were "The Jesus Lizard". Tightest band and best "Live Show" that I ever saw in person. My Dad said that Judas Priest was the tightest band he ever saw back in 1980/1981 ish. Okay. I get that. The Jesus Lizard were the band for me being born in 1975 and seeing them in the 1990's. Incredible and a different band .
